To ensure the integrity of all kinds of data required to support and maintain the Services we provide to our customers, to archive them for periods in accordance with the legal legislation, to prevent them from being shared with third parties other than the medical team that will carry out the diagnosis and treatment;

Necessary software and hardware have been determined,
Necessary resources have been allocated to ensure uninterrupted provision of the necessary software and hardware,
What needs to be done in terms of protecting customer information has been conveyed to our personnel through trainings, and their responsibilities have been documented in their employment contracts,
The necessary infrastructure for backing up all data has been determined and responsible persons have been identified,
All kinds of access operations (reading, changing, deleting, adding) are restricted in our hospital information system,
Customer (Patient) files and information are provided only to our patients themselves, their relatives to whom they have given written consent, relevant public institutions and organizations within the framework of health legislation and authorized judicial authorities in judicial cases.

The 3 basic principles of our hospital on information security are confidentiality, integrity and accessibility by the authorities.
