Information Security Policy
To ensure the integrity of all data necessary for supporting and maintaining the Services we provide to our customers, to archive them for periods compliant with legal regulations, and to prevent sharing with third parties other than the medical team conducting diagnosis and treatment;
- Necessary software and hardware have been determined,
- Necessary resources have been allocated to ensure uninterrupted provision of required software and hardware,
- What needs to be done to protect customer information has been communicated to our personnel through training, and their responsibilities have been documented in employment contracts,
- The necessary infrastructure for backing up all data has been determined and responsible parties have been assigned,
- All access operations (reading, modifying, deleting, adding) in our hospital information system have been restricted,
- Customer (Patient) files and information are only provided to our patients themselves, to relatives they have given written consent to, to relevant public institutions and organizations within the framework of health legislation, and to authorized judicial authorities in legal cases.
